EngPro code of conduct and safeguarding

EngPro is free for everyone. Teachers volunteer their time and learners never pay.

For everyone

• Be respectful and patient. Everyone is here to learn or to help.
• No harassment, discrimination, hate speech or sexual content.
• No selling, advertising or asking for money.
• Keep personal contact details private. Use the session links we publish.

For volunteer teachers

• Every volunteer is reviewed before their first session.
• Run sessions in group calls or public channels. Do not ask learners for private one-to-one contact.
• Learners must be 18 or older. If you think a learner is under 18, stop the session and tell us.
• Do not record a session without asking everyone first.

Reporting a problem

If something makes you uncomfortable, leave the session and contact us through the Contact page. We will review every report and can remove anyone who breaks these rules.
